Personalized Song Terms & Conditions
1. Service Description
Personalized songs are custom, original musical works created based on the information you provide. Each song is crafted with care, creativity, and intention inspired by your story or message.
2. Review & Approval Process
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.
All requests are reviewed before payment is finalized.
If your request is approved, you will receive a follow-up email with next steps and an invoice.
If a request is not approved, no payment will be required.
3. Payment & Pricing
Introductory price: $125 (plus applicable tax).
Payment is due before work begins.
Invoices are sent via Square.
Once payment is received, your project enters the production queue.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery timeframe is 7–14 business days after payment.
Delivery time may vary depending on complexity, volume, or special requests.
Rush delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly discussed and approved in advance.
5. Revisions
One (1) minor revision is included (tone or wording adjustments).
Major changes, rewrites, or additional revisions may require an additional fee.
Requests that significantly change the original direction may be treated as a new project.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of this service, all sales are final once work has begun.
No refunds will be issued after production starts.
If a request is declined before payment, no charge will be applied.
7. Usage Rights
You may share your personalized song for personal use, including gifting or posting on personal social media.
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or licensing requires written permission.
The artist retains authorship and copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.
